The pictures don’t do this place justice! Perched literally on top of the world, Lance’s place offers spectacular views of Sea point, green point, even Robben Island, with the ocean as the backdrop. The home is spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated and bright. Check in was very easy, Lance met me at the home and walked me through the whole place. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms are exquisite, the kitchen has everything you’d need- including a nespresso machine! 3 storeys of luxury! We all loved our stay and literally did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Lance thought of everything we could have needed! The apartment was beautiful and stocked with lots of supplies for our week. He left a full list of restaurants and activities with detailed descriptions of each. The views from our porch were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

The place was nothing short of amazing! Lance is truly one of the most thoughtful hosts we could have ever asked for as he was able to anticipate any amenities we might have needed and thus he provided them beforehand. The flat is beautiful and impeccably clean!! It is even bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. The outside area is a brilliant addition to the flat especially in the morning whilst sipping on freshly brewed coffee (which he provides also btw). Lance was available for any questions we had and even provided us with a little notebook with all the nearby food and entertainment hotspots making it much easier for us to navigate the city! Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had with AiriBnb! I highly recommend this place and will be sure to come back again!

CONTEMPORARY URBAN LIVING Green Point
Lance's apartment is beautiful, one of the first things I told him when I arrived was that the pictures did not do that place justice. The apartment is spacious and beautiful and the location is beautiful and safe. I had my 4-year-old with me and we walked down to the waterfront and the restaurants on Main St. a few times. If you have any issues Lance is quick to respond he truly wants his guest to be comfortable. There is a maid that comes in to clean up and she is just wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay at Lance's apartment and I will be staying here again on my next visit to Cape Town.

Two things you will notice right away: 1. Lance is a very warm, welcoming and attentive host. 2. He is not kidding about the spectacular view. The ocean view is the centerpiece of this apartment. You will love it! My daughter and I enjoyed a very comfortable week-long stay here. The apartment is clean, light, well-situated, and of course, has a wonderful view of the ocean. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this place! The view and hospitality was exceptional. Lance provided an awesome welcome packet with suggestions for restaurants and activities that we carried with us and referenced frequently. The location was perfect. It was high enough on the hill to see the ocean and sunset from the bed. It was also close enough to walk down to the waterfront in minutes. If you are not a fan of walking, ubers were frequently in the area and picked us up within 2 to 3 minutes every time. We would definitely stay here again!

Best AirBnB experience I've had. Lance was extremely communicative and accommodating the entire time, from when I initially booked all the way through my stay. The apartment was very clean and had an amazing view of the Seapoint area and the ocean. The Wi-Fi was strong, the shower was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. I will be recommending it to everyone I know who goes to Cape Town!

The flat was as seen in the photos. Great patio for grilling and eating outside. Very clean and modern decor. The location was a 5-minute drive to Main Road for shops and restaurants (10-15 min downhill walk). The waterfront area was about a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive. Lance was a great host, always available to answer our questions and provided lots of info about the neighbourhood and Cape Town with a little booklet at check-in. Wonderful place to stay in Cape Town.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Lance's place. The studio is gorgeous much more spacious and lovely even than the photos show. Lance has equipped the apartment with everything you will need sitting out on the fab deck area with a Nespresso every morning in the sunshine was bliss. The bed is super comfy! It's about a 20-minute walk downhill to the V&A and a short walk to the shops restaurants and cafes of Greenpoint and Seapoint. Über was so easily accessible and the apartment and area are very safe and secure. Lance was an excellent host so helpful and he has a great list of things to see and do and places to eat in Cape Town. Would highly recommend Lance's place and would love to come back and stay again!

We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights. Lance met us and gave us his personal printed guide about the neighbourhood and the city which was very helpful and detailed. We even took it with us 🙂 The apartment is fully equipped with a separate kitchen and a charming green courtyard with a BBQ and dining area. The location is very nice and walkable. 10 minutes walking to sea-point and 20 to V&A waterfront, 15 minutes to Bree Street. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. I recommend Lance to everyone — he is a great host.

Our 3-week stay in Cape Town at Lance's place was fantastic. The apartment is private, very central and has a beautiful outside section with a braai. It was spacious, clean and much bigger than appears in the photos. The fully equipped kitchen was also very convenient. Lance was super responsive and checked in on us regularly to make sure our stay was going smoothly. I 100% recommend it! My boyfriend and I were both very upset to leave.

My husband and I were visiting Cape Town as a part of our two-week-long honeymoon in South Africa. Lance's apartment was the first place we went to in Cape Town and I have to tell you that the pictures don't do justice to the place! It's a very well-equipped, functional and cozy apartment with the most stunning view, the location is also perfect, just about a five-minute walk to the beach from where you can witness the most stunning sunsets and sunrises. Lance is a very friendly and helpful host who was always a call away and helped us plan our itinerary for Cape Town, he also kept a little guide in the room which is a compilation of all his favourite places and must-visits in Cape Town. The apartment has almost everything anybody would ever need, including a hair straightener, and for what is not available in the apt, Lance is just a call away! The neighbourhood is upmarket and very safe, he also has a parking space in the garage for those with a car. Thank you Lance for your hospitality, I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a memorable stay in Cape Town.

Lance's place is exactly as you see it in the picture and better. Located in a safe area and with a mesmerising view of the seaside. We had the greatest breakfast overlooking the sea and walked around safely. We received a super warm welcome at arrival and departure. Lance and Jenni are very helpful and great hosts. I could not recommend a better place in Cape Town! Highly recommended for any sort of trip.

Lance replied very quickly every time we had a query. The pack of suggested places to go was a lovely touch and we made good use of it. The apartment is very stylish and we had a very refreshing week. The beds are very big, and comfortable and the bath & shower are great. The living area is spacious whilst being cosy. I particularly liked the coffee machine and milk frother! It felt very safe.

Elisabeth & I had a great 3 day stay at Cape Town at Lance's place !!! He gave us a full briefing when we arrived. He was very responsive when we had questions. The advertised place exceeds what we saw in the pictures (it is actually bigger than it looks). What we appreciated is that we could from his place quite easily access by foot both V&A Waterfront & the City Bowl. The other places could be reached with the sightseeing bus from the city bowl. We had a busy & unforgettable time over there!
